BECOME A VOLUNTEER
Kansas City Tres Dias Is Backed By An A-List Team Of Servers
The Tres Dias team is composed of people who have also attended a three-day-weekend. Volunteers also pay to attend the weekend and work multiple positions that include: giving speeches, serving in the kitchen, acting in skits, performing music and much more.
Attending as a Tres Dias candidate can only be done once. Therefore, it is not a substitute for the church, but as a training to be a great servant leader in your own church.
Payment
There is a team fee of $255 to serve. You will be asked to pay this team fee before you attend the weekend. If you wish to pay online by credit card, click here.
Team Meetings
Attending team meetings is very important for the success of the weekend. We require that ALL team members attend at least 1 team meeting in order to serve on the weekend.

Rector Letter
Great and glorious greetings to each of you. My name is Paul Fournier and I will be serving as Rector on the KCTD25 weekend. 💥OneOnOne💥
I attended KCTD14 and was placed with a great group of men at the table of Matthew. ChuhChing😎
At age 65 I am Father to nine children and stepfather of two. Each of them are such a blessing. I am in hopes and prayers though for some grand babies. 🙏 I have been blessed with a wonderful house church for nearly 20 yrs and recently find myself planning to stay in the fellowship more than ever before.
The Kansas City Tres Dias community has been a wonderful addition in the ongoing work of The Holy Spirit in my life and that of so many others. It is a “greater reward” to serve for Him as Rector.
The weekend song is one of encouragement and promise for all of our OneOnOne moments. “Blessed Assurance”
The weekend verses are… Luke 9:18-20 One of Peter’s greatest OneOnOne moments with Jesus.
The theme is a simple and complete one relating to the night in Gethsemane whenJesus willingly overcame His own will to that of The Father and sealed our lives to the opportunity of eternal life by His Words. The Father’s plan was fulfilled into His greatest OneOnOne moment ever there was or will be for all mankind. He now walks with us and talks with us all along life’s narrow ways. For all the times in our lives that have become powerfully life changing throughout this life gift of Grace are times to share in love and truth because you never know the power that resides in the word of your testimony if left unspoken. Our Saving Messiah is already touching the hearts of the guests and team that will be arriving so that His will for each of us will be accomplished. We merely need to be available for Him as a vessel to fill and pour out.
On this weekend let us remember that we are Ambassadors of Christ with testimonial power. We are serving up extra helpings of love and grace for all to benefit from. We are serving a Risen Savior. We are revealing the heart of the Father. We are chosen to be those He uses to return beauty from ashes. Everyone wants to go to Heaven and no one wants to die. We “all” love this life to much to put strain on the rope to get away from it. Maybe though…in wanting the best of this life we overlook the OneOnOne moments that make up our pathway to eternal life.
This Heaven we look forward to is never less than the good life we live out here when serving others. The good and beautiful that we see and feel here now and then are everyday workings in Heaven first. Our lives are but a continuing story in Heaven, written long ago, full of adjustments in all of the Fruits of The Spirit and The Father planned our OneOnOne moments there for us to help ourselves and others know of His greatest desire…to increase our knowledge about His Son.

Rector Letter
Dear Tres Dias sisters,
I am so honored to be serving alongside you as the Women’s Rector for weekend #24. I have been part of the Kansas City Tres Dias community since weekend #6 and my mother since weekend #2! My mother has slowly drawn my family into this community. I have enjoyed serving with my mom. On weekend #24 I am looking forward to serving with more of my close friends and family that have not yet served. This community has been such a blessing to me and my family. I am praying that my three sons and, and so far, two grandsons, will one day become part of this community.
As I was preparing for this weekend, I have felt God push me away from any of my ideas towards Wisdom. “Lord take my heart and give me wisdom”. He has put these verses on my heart.
“He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, But he who walks wisely will be delivered.” Proverbs 28:26 NASB1995
“But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” James 1:5 NASB1995
“For wisdom is better than jewels; And all desirable things cannot compare with her” Proverbs 8:11 NASB1995
“She opens her mouth in wisdom, And the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.” Proverbs 31:26 NASB1995
“Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there be any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.” Psalms 139:23-24 NASB1995
I have been a single parent to my three sons’ for nearly 17 years. During these years I have had to seek His wisdom on a daily basis for survival. I am currently in a place in life where my youngest son is leaving the nest and I am in a serious relationship with a godly man. Transitioning into a different phase of life, I continue to need God’s wisdom. Wisdom is something I pray for daily. Seeking wisdom from God instead of from ourselves or others is so important. There is a reason its mention is so prolific in the Bible. As women we often lead with our hearts and can be easily swayed towards the path of least resistance, the wisdom of the world. This wisdom does not lead us closer to God or closer to each other. I am continually finding that the most fulfillment in life can be found by seeking God’s wisdom for our lives and futures. He is the one that created us, understands us and knows us better than we know ourselves. Who better to give us guidance and wisdom than our creator?
Please be in prayer with me as we approach these men and women’s Tres Dias weekends with Jesus. Pray that we will open our hearts to the special time that He has planned to be present and loving on us and that we receive His wisdom for all the things in our lives. He can’t wait to spend time with us so let’s prepare our hearts to welcome Him.
Your Tres Dias sister in Christ,
Kansas City Tres Dias #24 Women’s Rector
